Conversor Accessories
The following accessories are approved by Conversor Limited for use with the Conversor, and can be ordered by clicking on the button below.
Jack-to-Jack Lead (Part No. YCF01AKS):
Connects the Conversor microphone directly to the audio output of such devices as personal CD and MP3 players, Hi-Fi equipment, or television, for personal listening pleasure without interrupting others in the room. This lead contains a volume wheel for added amplification, and is impedance-enhanced to ensure that the volume input to the Conversor microphone does not exceed the maximum operating level.
Important Note: Our version of the Jack-to-Jack lead is designed especially for use with the Conversor microphone. Most off-the-shelf Jack-to-Jack leads can damage the Conversor microphone and cause extreme distortion to the sound quality.
SCART Adaptor (Part No. YKT02AEH):
For enhanced sound quality when watching television without interrupting the sound for others watching with you, we recommend our SCART Adaptor. It is designed for connecting the Conversor microphone directly to the audio output of most television sets, which have a SCART Adaptor at the rear.
Important Note: The leads supplied with our SCART adaptor are designed especially for use with the Conversor microphone and are impedance-enhanced to ensure that the correct volume input is provided. The use of any other leads can damage the Conversor microphone and cause extreme distortion to the sound quality.
Stereo/Mono Adaptor (Part No. CCN01AYH):
Enables you to connect the Conversor receiver to binaural headphones/earphones (Recommended with a 32 ohm or higher rating; not supplied).
Important Note: When you plug your headphones/earphones directly into the Conversor receiver, you will hear sound only in the left channel. With our Stereo/Mono Adaptor, the sound is split evenly between the right and left channels of the headphones/earphones.
In-Car Charger (Part No. PSU01ABB):
For charging The Conversor when travelling in the car. Our In-Car Charger plugs easily into the car's cigarette lighter, and is connected directly to the Battery Charger provided with The Conversor to ensure that the correct voltage is supplied to the unit without risk of damage.
