The Conversor In Daily Use
In Classrooms and Lectures
Using the neck cord attachment, the teacher can wear the Conversor microphone when instructing the whole class. The greatly improved sound is transmitted from up to 25 metres away to the Conversor receiver, worn by the student. During group discussions, the student may wish to place the microphone on his or her desk, and point it to whoever is speaking at the time.

The Conversor also gives users the ability to listen clearly to speakers at a comfortable distance in lecture environments. There are two ways to achieve this:
Hand-held
Held in the user's your hand and pointed at the source, the Conversor microphone can pick up sound from up to 15 metres away. In a large quiet room users can set the Conversor microphone to the Zoom setting at a high sound level to focus in on a distant speaker.

Transmitting from a distance
By placing the Conversor microphone on the lectern, or asking the speaker to wear the Conversor microphone using the neck cord attachment, users can sit up to 25 metres away. The microphone will transmit the speaker's presentation to the Conversor receiver, and the user will hear it with optimal sound level and clarity through their hearing aid.
